Judi Mansfield-Jones, CQA, CQM is President of nanoQuest inc..  Judi works with organizations to realize their quality and business goals through the design of quality management systems.

With over twenty-five years of experience initiating, developing, and implementing community and business projects that result    in beneficial and innovative solutions, Judi provides results oriented training and consulting.

Both a project implementer and trainer, Judi has achieved accreditation as a Certified Quality Auditor and a Certified Quality Manager, through the American Society of Quality (ASQ). Passionate about quality, Judi takes an active role in the Hamilton Section of ASQ, as Past Chair and currently serves in the role of Program Chair.

Judi’s training development background was established at Mohawk College, as a member of a self-managed consulting team. She independently helped over 200organizations gain strength from within, through the development of their Human Resources and Quality Systems. Responsible for developing and defining strategic initiatives, she ensured successful outcomes through the effective implementation of technical shop floor and supervisory skills development, survey development, continuous improvement teams and ISO 9000 implementation activities, including process/ procedures development and internal quality audits.

Since starting nanoQuest inc. in 1997, Judi ensures all projects reflect the unique culture and circumstance of the organization through customized training and support solutions.

Rory is Vice President and Secretary-Treasurer for nanoQuest inc. In the design of management systems, particularly ISO 9000, Rory’s particular responsibility is product research and development. The Internal Audit Process, Corrective and Preventive Action, Management Review and Quality Board Development, and Continuous Improvement Planning are his present focus.

Rory’s background in Education spans more than thirty years in a large metropolitan school district. He specialized in socio-culturally deprived, inner city environments. With a Master’s Degree in Educational Administration he has held numerous leadership roles in the field. He has researched, written and implemented learning modules, curriculum, and training packages for students, teachers and school administrators, completing his career as a member of a system wide, self-managed consulting and training team.

He has worked independently with teachers, administrators and organizations such as Rotary to establish literacy best practices within the elementary schools of the district.  Defining and developing strategic initiatives based on needs analysis, he ensured successful implementation of assessment driven instruction programs. He assisted educators through individual, team and professional learning communities to achieve positive outcomes and continuous improvement processes. Rory maintains an active role in his community having held a number of leadership roles in a variety of organizations.
